Program Audits Program Audits include a review by water safety expert Shawn DeRosa of your program-related policies and procedures, including staff selection and evaluation procedures, staff manuals, pre-service and in-service training curricula as well as staffing patterns.  Recommendations are made to help improve guest satisfaction while simultaneously reducing liability.
	Facility Inspections On-site facility inspections allow for a visual inspection of each pool or beach facility.  Program staff are invited to participate in the walk-through and discuss on-site specific observations and recommendations. Facilities wishing a written summary of findings may also request the same.
	Staff Audits The value of an independent auditor is well known. Gain insight into your operations by having an unknown auditor evaluate your facility and your staff's performance.  Lifeguard skills can also be evaluated, identifying areas for future training.  Written reports provided upon request.
